SimplyTech, LLC (doing business as “SimplyTech” and “Boulder SimplyTech”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our website or receive our services.

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, service address (when you complete our contact or booking form).
Communications: messages you send via our website forms or phone/text (via Grasshopper).
Payment details: we process payments using Square at your location; we do not store credit-card information on our servers.

b. Information collected automatically:

Cookies & similar technologies: to maintain session functionality and basic site features. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

c. Information from third-party services:

CRM platform: if you opt in, your contact information is stored in HubSpot CRM to manage appointments and follow-ups.
Communications platform: phone numbers used via Grasshopper purely for scheduling and service updates.
Hosting & productivity tools: our website is hosted on Squarespace, and we use Google Workspace for email and business operations. We do not currently use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics), though we may implement them in the future (we’ll update this policy if we do).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and manage services: schedule appointments, send confirmations or updates, and complete transactions.
Communicate with you: respond to inquiries, send service reminders, and—only if you opt in—deliver marketing or promotional emails.
Maintain our website: ensure functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform its service on our behalf.

Business transfers: in the event of a merger, sale, or other corporate transaction, your data may be transferred as part of the business assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Once information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

We do not actively target or serve residents outside the United States. If you access our services from another country, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new policy on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
